What kind of payments do you take? PayPal.Through PayPal, you can decide what form of payment you prefer to use.

Why do you only use PayPal? Because it is the safest way to purchase on the internet today. All your personal information is protected by them. As a seller, I never see your credit cards or bank information.

What if I don't have a PayPal account? It only take a few minutes to set one up. However they will need to verify your information before you can use the account. Once your account has been verified you can place your order. Visit their website if you have other questions or concerns about how their service works.

How Do I get my pattern? Once you complete the purchasing process through PayPal, you will be sent directly to the pattern. Do not close the PayPal page, until you see your pattern.

I closed the PayPal page, now what? If you have closed the page, or if you did not see your pattern, please contact me right away and I will send it to you by email.

Do I need any special program to view my patterns once I download it? Yes, but it is a free program. All my patterns are "pdf" files, therefore you will need to have a pdf viewer. Many computers have this already installed, but if not you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Can I save my pattern? Yes. Once you click download link a new window will open asking you to either: "Save the file" or "View the file". Click "save the file" and then make sure you know where you saved it. By default most computers save to the desktop. But you can save it to any folder you like.

Can I print out the pattern? Yes. Once you have downloaded and saved the file, you can print it out just as you would any other document.

Are your patterns guaranteed? Yes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to give you a full refund. Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of purchase. Send your refund request to me by email, with "I am not happy with my purchase" in the subject line of the email. I will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours with the exception of holidays or weekends.

What if I have questions while using the pattern? If you have questions while working through my patterns, please feel free to contact anytime. All the patterns will include my email address for easy access. I answer all emails personally within 24 to 48 hours with the exception of weekends/holidays.

Can I use your patterns for charity work? You may not distribute my patterns without my written consent. Charity work is something I feel very strongly about will almost always give permission for use. However I do have a few requirements that I will discuss with you once I receive your request. I work very hard on these patterns, please respect my hard work by not distributing them in any form without my consent. Any violation of these terms, is violation of copyrights and can result in legal action being taken.

Can I sell items made from your patterns? What you do with the items you make from my patterns is up to you. The only request I have is that you credit me as the source for design. Information should include: Pattern name, my name as designer and my company name.
